Can you identify a specific instance where anything was promised without being covered by a forward looking statement? The fact that this hasn't been shut down but everything from HEM* to FRT* has would be a good indication that STBV has tread a very fine line and made sure they didn't directly break laws, regardless of what they represented... I'm not a fan of this company, and have no doubt it will never come off the trip 0's without a r/s, but it has been an incredible learning experience in how momentum and social engineering affect micropenny stocks.
