My comments were directed at the IHUB "trades" tab---the convention I mentioned in a previous post are followed (at or closer the bid= sell, etc)...
as to getting filled---on the OTC, there are many reasons one might not get filled, including trades that get transacted at the broker level, conditional trades (i.e. AON), etc---not to mention "it's the OTC"
