I refer to Chance's quote in the previous NI a lot, but we have 2 "demonstrably operable" processes using chlorination or phosgenation. Those showed an ability to produce high purify niobium powder at costs well below those of current producers.

I know there have been questions about what has been accomplished since the Ni and prior to dan becoming pres. I wondered if some of that focus had been on the metallurgy, and if so, perhaps it will be mentioned in the NI update? Just speculation of course.

I think the NI is said to be otherwise completed aside from the site visit, and I know the NI is supposed to include all work done on the property to date.
