As long as you're answering questions, how did your conversation with the counterpart go? Was an official complaint filed? Were you able to ascertain the true intentions of the company? Did you find that SGLB and all the folks involved had their affairs in order?

In following up for my part, I have learned DARPA is under DoD for control and oversight. Given this and the fact SGLB has a contract with DARPA, I will be talking with a counterpart in the DoD IG shop to start filing an official complaint on behalf of the US Govt. If anyone will ascertain the true intentions of the company, it will be the DoD IG shop. The same shop that recently investigated and found the DARPA head to be in conflict of interest. I truly hope SGLB and all the folks involved have their affairs straight.
