The only thing that may change is that after clinical evidence they get cleared for OTC sale.
The world (including FDA or at least respected American gurus)) seems to be acknowledging PEMF now. I have felt the delay in the final order is the inclusion of OTC clearance after trials and suitable controls.

There should be easier clearance for other conditions once one condition is cleared as well.
