Ice:) THanks for the replies and entertaining my train of thought. I'm hoping management is truly concerned with shareholder value vs. giving too much up for securing a chunk of change. Nothing we discuss here will change what happens, all I'm attempting to do is understand what this deal could mean for existing shareholders.

No doubt uplisting is beneficial for raising capital and share appreciation as the big boys/funds can buy in. My worries stem from how much value will be taken from existing shareholders now that cash flow positive is within site. Does the company need 15million to reach cash flow positive? Or can they survive on another $3million from private placements for a year, at which point the stock appreciates to $1.50(or much higher?) now a $15 million raise is 10 million common shares instead of 35 million plus another 35 million warrants(can you say dilution?). We've waited this long, think another year is worth waiting...

I just hope management is truly friendly to existing stockholders!
