CN, my friend just educated me on the S1 process.. It usually takes 45/ 90 days for the S1 to become effective.. Prior to the S1 becoming effective.. Offerings can be canceled, amended and new offers presented.. In CryoPort's case, the 15 million is a given, regardless.. As You correctly stated, pricing is unknown until the effective date.. The reverse is separate and at the discretion of the board,
and might or might not be implemented.. Sometimes those who want to participate in offerings might require an uplist and my friend stated, it beneficial..
In the final analysis.. My friend was surprised that a company the size of CryoPort received a 15 million firm deal.. That is a very positive development, and should be a clear signal there is something good developing..
