I can think of one way this effects the assets in the ground. SRSR has not got to those assets.
They can not get there without money.
Their only source of money is Dan.
Dan is about to be spending quiet a bit of money on lawyers to try to keep him from having to pay back all the money he lost in the plan.
Without Dans financing SRSRs assets will remain exactly where they are.

11) RELIEF SOUGHT: an Order (1) requiring Byrnes to provide an equitable accounting of

the whereabouts and status of the Plan’s assets and liabilities, any gains and losses in the

Plan’s investments, and any income earned or payments received by the Plan, between

January 1, 2011 and the present; (2) requiring Byrnes to restore to the Plan all losses

attributable to his fiduciary breaches plus interest
;

So the question is.... How much money is Dan going to be able to dish out?

If he loses this fight and suddenly needs to produce a boat load of cash will he still be able to pay for these things?

People can pretend this has nothing to do with SRSR but when a major unreported shareholder of a public company becomes an officer of that company and then that company is also at the center of a court case about investment of other peoples money in that SAME company by that same officer....

This has everything to do with SRSR.

What do you think the following mean?

The Plaintiff expects to conduct discovery regarding defendants’ 2011 and

2012 investments into Sarissa Resources, Inc., including but not limited to the

information defendants reviewed and relied upon in making such

investment
s; defendant Byrnes’ relationship with Sarissa Resources, Inc.,

including but not limited to his personal holdings in Sarissa Resources,

Inc. as well as those of his family members; defendant Byrnes’

relationship with any officers, directors, or employees of Sarissa

Resources, Inc.; and defendant Byrnes’ employment with Sarissa

Resources, Inc.
The Secretary reserves her right to pursue additional topics

during discovery as well.

these pieces of information are going to have lawyers digging into the paperwork of SRSR with court orders to surrender any and all information requested.

Deny it all you want but this WILL effect SRSR.
