The message at the top of the board answered the persons question and had nothing to do with PR's. The free instant PRs were short lived. One company posting another company's copy write material for profit without paying a royalty is a bit illegal. Prior to the creation of the Ihub Newswire, it was up to the shareholder to post the PR, then put it up in the Ibox.
If anyone wish's STTK PR's to appear at the top of the board they can contact the Ihub Newswire listed on the Home page.
The PR will then display at the top of the board and/or go out on these channels.
