$BICX COO and interim CEO Brady Granier stated in recent interview:

Things (with Myriad Medical Marketing (MMM)) are progressing rather quickly. We moved from the LOI to the definitive agreement in about a month. They are very eager to get going on this pilot for this new model. It has all fallen into place rather nicely. With the definitive agreement now in place all of our interests are aligned.
