Aerojet Rocketdyne successfully hot-fire tested its AR1 rocket engine a week ago. This test included their main injector design manufactured with AM build. They have several other new AM build designs in the process of hot-fire testing. They are hot on the AM program, and we know that they are part of the SGLB consortium. Rocketdyne and Honeywell are big components of the USA space push. Although Honeywell's main AM push seems to be defense related at its Kansas City FM&T facility, the space based additive manufacturing efforts are equally heating up. We could see a nexis of nearly simultaneous user demand come together across several disciplines for SGLB.
I also came across a document from a university that laid out an outline of China's AM developments. China is not sitting still people. They are seriously after high tech defense applications using AM builds as well; and we know who the China connection for SGLB is. I sure would like to know what Rockville is pushing over there.
It will take some time yet, but as long as things continue to develop without issues, this thing is going to explode.

All the best,
Silversmith
