My mistake here was thinking they worked the process out after the initial rush to patent and FDA roadblock with clinics, etc. Andrews was supposed to start trials in 2012/13... With him signing on in 2014 again with likely funding waiting in the wings, the assumption was optimization was done.
Going over the DD, the comments from some here and in the Miller lawsuit and coupled with dead stock and reactor redesign, I can only surmise the process still only "somewhat" works and has always just somewhat worked. Is there any evidence to the contrary??
I think the merits and potential of ultrasonic cavitation will make that process a major success. I am just unclear if the patents here cover the necessary protocols.
I have no choice but to hope they iron out the necessities to make this technology go as advertised, especially for the patients, which I may need to be one at some point. I can only hope someone can infuse some integrity here, since it is completely absent.
