John that is an interesting question.
Let me have a crack at it.

Has anyone thought what happens when Elite find out later?

Elite has had this two bead technology for many years. During those years Elite was smart enough to initiate both long term stability testing and accelerated stability testing of their 2 beaded ADT/ART.
They have also been smart enough to have done leakage testing
down to picograms with no naltrexone leakage detected

More than likely have done their own HAL studies as well and knew the outcome before an independent company did their HAL study on Elites ADT/ART.

So.... if you are hoping that something may come up to stop Elite
in its tracks it is highly unlikely anything will.

This technology is simplistic yet effective. The best of both worlds without much in the way of liability issues to gum it up.
