Purdue thought Elite would go into bankruptcy before Jerry took over. They thought they could swoop in and take the ADT/ART technology back then. Jerry comes in to save the day. Jerry and Chris Dick hold the fort until Nasrat can arrive with fresh troops. Thwarted Purdues plans.

Why is it Pfizer has had problems with the one bead? Infringed on Purdues patents too. Purdue could have had Elites technology...the two bead with no problems and nothing but Cha Ching at the end.

And we are to believe Purdue passed on Elites technology....
Yeah right. If they did they are kicking themselves now.
