So you are saying the WY SOS would report inaccurate information on GEAR? This is the state where GEAR is domiciled in as a corporation. It looks to me like GEAR is authorized 6 billion shares. That doesn't mean they are reporting it to other sources. The 600 million shares was from when GEAR was first domiciled in WY. Remember all a company has to do in WY to increase the SS is say so and there is no limit to shares under WY law.
