From what I understand each broker Is different, but contact them about "worthless stock" . They will buy all your shares for $0 or $1. It sucks but atleast it's a tax write off. They may make you wait a certain period of time before they allow you to do this. I'm holding for a couple of years, already wrote this off in my mind...just hope something happens and can recover a fraction, if not write off eventually.
