Well said L4BIG. I agree that the length of this judgement appears to be a good sign.

I too used the depressed pricing to increase my position here

But, I must add that I am anxious to see what the price point will be with a favorable ruling.

My second issue is, can they hold the price with a drawn out wait for trial, then settlement or will the share price slowly regress prior to?
