Yup how about the financial that was sold to the investors as it was basically it really close and he knows IT WAS A LIE. WE ARE SOON TO BE 4 MONTHS PAST the anticipate date as suggested. So in my book Moran is a untrustworthy person if he cared and there was something that delayed the financials at least he could have informed the investors of the delay with a vague statement if he really cared.
