Question

I have seen many people sell their name(not saying that Dr. Reedy has)

But in penny land, that is a common side show. Everyone(except shareholders) makes money as the company goes from stinky pinkie to the grey sheets or worse.

Honestly, why do you think this is the real deal. What makes you convinced ? MJ Pizza, using a buzzword also.
