I might not totally grasp this post, how is it related to Titan?

In the third paragraph it states:

Periarticular injections (PAI) of pain medications have been shown to be an effective approach to control postsurgical pain while improving function and reducing the need for opioids.

If it may reduce the need for opiods,one could say that eventually it may be (whether directly or indirectly) in competition with Probuphine (if Titan's product becomes approved.

Titan may eventually try to market Probuphine as a pain medication down the line....

Makes perfect sense.
