I agree about the timing, and while I think GCHI has great potential, I have serious concerns about how they will go about getting GCHI trading. They have made some moves according to the news that was released a few days ago with another holdings company [Smart Ventures]. The news was/is good, but I will hold on to the 'wait and see' approach for this one....

AND, in my opinion.....

This is VERY interesting because SMVR is EXPECTING GCHI to trade at $1 pps or more.

The transaction provides for the issuance 40,000,000 common shares of Smart Ventures, Inc. and a convertible promissory note in the amount of $250,000 and $1,000,000 in Cannabis Funding Group, Inc. Limited Partnership Interests to The Green Fund in exchange for the issuance of 1,450,000 common shares @ $1.00 per share for a 9.9% of The Green Fund. The Green Fund will own 10% of The Cannabis Funding Group which is currently raising $10,000,000 for investments in the Cannabis Industry. The transaction is scheduled to close by March 31, 2015.
