A couple of interesting points for this coming week.

First, I think we are hitting the 5 days past the 134 million share trading day. I suspected that most of that buying may have been by one entity and they may have reached the 5% position point. We may get a filing notice of who that was this week. I will be looking for that.

Second, I also feel we cleaned out most of the current convertibles available to sell from the recent volume and the next set I think comes available to convert on about April 10th give or take a day. We may see 1 to 2 weeks of lower volume and a settling of the share price.

I hope ERHE releases a PR during this two week period to talk about expense reductions and or any other positive items to minimize the number of shares that get converted down the road.
