What ? Sorry but that makes absolutely no sense !

I believe it was clear that I was saying all efforts should have been exhausted to reduce the outflow of cash and then and only then should they have resorted to convertible debt ! Also IF this route was required the exact terms should have been clearly put on the table. They were not ! I don't believe that is too complicated !

I will repeat again - its the uncertainty and lack of transparency that markets won't tolerate. 10 shares to the penny should make it clear !
