I expect the next set of lawsuits will not be against Ariad, but rather the organizations (specifically, the Ft. Lauderdale Police and Fire Department Pension Funds) that bought Ariad stock to begin with. ... In fact, I've found out they have.


That would be very interesting if you have any basis for it. Care to share?
