In our February press release, we noted that we continue to work on acquisitions and to negotiate additional debt reductions. We are trying to make Pervasip an attractive entity to acquire fast-growing businesses. The addition of Canalytix and the debt reductions we have already announced are helpful and important steps in reaching our goals.
