Anything that is a significant event must be PR'ed. So far SWRF has done just that, and only PR'ed real news. They know Clar Ortiz will get his money work. Heres my opinion on diff scenerios:

1. 10k not so good, no news, Clark Ortiz runs it in May, when it crashes after he dilutes, then R/S and release the big news after.

2. 10k okay, begin releasing news and it naturally climbs to the teens.

3. Raise share structure, dilute, R/S, run for the hills.
