I'm not trying to be mean or do a superiority dance or anything like that, but I am curious if you are going to do anything about this mess.
I remember years ago, you said you had 12M of this. You must have lost good money, and are a member in good standing of the apparently large "Brad Goodspeed ripped me off" club. I don't think that either one of us believe, at this point, that Brad has been sued as often as he has because of bad luck or good intentions gone wrong. Also, if I had spent as much time defending someone as you spent defending Goodspeed, and then it turned out that I was being cheated and used, I would be really p'd off.
So: do you think that there is anything that you, or the shareholders as a group, can do about what Goodspeed has done?
