My suggestion to the board, stop assuming and start researching.. The current underwriter is Aegis capital..
Research Aegis, their reputation, how successful are they at uplisting companies, and how successful those companies have been after the uplist .. I will leave you with this excerpt below from a Seeking Alpha article a few years back. I BELIEVE all companies mentioned were otcbb stocks prior..
