Sam......the Toronto Zoo project has also been in the works for several years.

My thinking is more along of the lines of this.......there is a prominent zoo in every big city in the USA, and a number of others throughout the world.

The opportunities are endless. Also think in terms of this......the now commercialized KDS for wastewater treatment could be marketed to many of those same cities.
