See this is where we completely agree and disagree at the same time. See I think these financiers are the real crooks,not TCEL. See they obviously exist and are therefore legal because penny's are high risk. They have a guaranteed profit instead of risk of lose.[Instead of breaking limbs like the mob, they get deep discounted shares and immediately dump them on the market.] It sounds terrible and it kind of is,but who else is there to fund these high risk ventures. Spreading the risk is one of the hallmarks of capitalism. Point of this long post is when you are not desperate and have a great product like TCEL, and it is coming into it's own, you can avoid this problem through more effective financing. That is where I feel we are getting to here.
