Remember back in December when there was talk about LVVV being down because of investors looking for tax write-offs? The PPS back then was around $0.01 and closed for the year at $0.007. So, what happened? LVVV has had three long months to recover. Instead, it's lost more than half of its value.

Please explain this so that even Forrest Gump could understand it.
