Berger under the gun to produce results by June when proxy vote decides his future with ARIA. I imagine HB already has news worthy information , marketing announcements to shine positive light on his company and drug products. I would expect this now that this stock fraud lawsuit is behind him. He may also realize the advantages of letting new leadership step in and take company to the next level .
