IF EYETALK365 terminated the agreement that would be a material event an require an 8k to REVO shareholders.



Is that really true? Eyetalk does not owe REVO shareholders anything as a non-public company. Correct me if I'm wrong please. Is there any support behind the "Pro Hac Vice" theory?
