When I spoke to Steve I asked about whether they were selling shares privately for a discount as some here have eluded.. When he said no they are not he also said that the company would not want to dilute the share structure any further that it was already. Now... Watching a stock like plkd the past few weeks that has been absolutely pummeled into the ground and left with a nearly billion ask and no bid... They just had an announcement that a RS of 1 to 500 is coming... Can anyone honestly say we have a similar situation here?? No.

There will not be a RS. The actions of the company has PROVED IT!
