really have to explain what I mean by "cash basis" ?? It simply means I subtracted the non-cash charges from the net loss, and that way it becomes more meaningful while at the same time it can be compared to the prior year on the same basis, plus it explains the difference between the $18.8 million net loss which is the only figure you seem to be inclined to show ... it's a disservice to the Company and its shareholders not to explain why the $18.8 million is so high !!
Also, no I don't think it's relative to state the 4th quarter loss unless you're comparing it to the same quarter of the previous year or the preceding quarter ... without a comparison it's meaningless !! Why do you think all companies make these very comparisons ... it seems you're the only one who doesn't.
And why is it that you don't explain why the Company's loss was so high ... I'm sure you have a good reason, right ???
