Somebody overpaid in order to paint the tape

That's the point.

It might be worth crowing about if one had bought today at $0.002 -- assuming the stock doesn't fall further next week -- but it hardly seems a big deal to pay a 35% premium above the LOD that was hit one minute earlier.
