For what it's worth; when I emailed to register my shares, I never got a response, so I emailed them about 2 or 3 more times and kept asking in cap. letters "PLEASE RESPOND BACK THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS INFORMATION" or I will have to keep emailing you because I don't know if you are receiving this info.
It finally worked, plus I had them on record.
