We got many official hints/ points by both Cos and thats why we think that.

The Ceo, Dr. Leonard is a patent guy, sold its patent/ Cos to third Cos, the Co founder, Staker was with 1 of his Cos @Nasdag (ipo) Co got acquired by 3rd. The Cto, Sercel is an enginer, worked for the Nasa, Air force TSAT and so go on.
