I'm really not concerned about the coffers and the ability to raise money, whether its the S-3, partnership/equity stake, etc.

I'm not even sure if we will be an independent public company by the end of year, personally I think there is a 50/50 chance by the summer of 2016, we are bought out.

I do know one thing, Leo is all of a sudden very anxious to get on the NASDAQ, "as quickly as possible". If there was a lot of bad news and bad results on the nearby horizon, he would never get listed, instead he would stay on this hideous pink sheets, lost in oblivion and scrutiny, except for us small fry retail investors.

I believe its the exact opposite, he wants the exposure because there is a lot of good news and good results on the nearby horizon (next 2-3 months).

Personally, I'm glad I nailed a ton of shares recently between 3 and 3.05. Have a great weekend all.
