Seriously. It's the same people moving from penny stock to penny stock. If someone was actually going to do something about the penny pumping around here, it would have been done long ago.
Go check the posters who are no longer here and see what new stock they have landed on. I'm sure it'll be the same story. You don't even have to DO any research on the stocks any more. Just find the posters with history and follow them.
The only lesson is, quit buying penny stocks. Either now, or when you are out of money.
