Bill Merritt wonderful letter stating the IDCC position of its participation and IPR contributions to the standards. The IEEE let a bunch of manufacturers high jack the committee and propose the changes to how royalties should be paid. All to their benefit and not the IPR owner.

I like the fact that like Qualcomm, IDCC will walk away from the IEEE commitments to license.
