Jayyy, you are grasping at straws here. When an organization endorses a product, in this case AMD endorsing Sucanon, it endorses the product AND the claims the company makes about the product.

When the press release says "the Mexican Diabetes Association has endorsed Sucanon® as a safe and effective alternative treatment for pre-diabetic and recently diagnosed patients" AMD endorses the product and this claim that the company has been making all along.

Surely AMD was forwarded this press release by the company as a courtesy and surely AMD is in agreement with this claim and all other claims the company makes about Sucanon.

When you get back a response to the email you sent to AMD please post it. My guess is that they will agree 100% with the press release. If they don't I promise to immediately dump all my Roth shares.

You are certainly entitled to say the company is a fraud and that is your right, but its just an opinion unless you can back it up.
