What in your life most recently has rubbed you the wrong way and ticked you off? Maybe even made you down right mad! Im thinking most of us find it to be true that we dont have to stray far from the house to find something or someone that gets under our skin and causes that fellow we know as satan to start pushing our buttons to get even or seek revenge or just to ruin our day!. Heck, in todays world we dont even have to leave the house to see or read something that causes our human side to want to go off because of the wickedness and often stupidity of this crazy planet we live on. Yes, in this fast paced, hectic, brass ring driven world we call home...if we are not very very careful we can find ourselves with a chip on our shoulder, aggravated, short tempered, angry, mad...way more often than we are at peace. JESUS has spoken much about anger in our lives and how it can destroy us as well as others. Imagine how much crime takes place each day just from someone getting their feelings hurt and it boils into something far worse...often times even violent. Do we have the peace, joy and contentment of Jesus living in us and when times get rough and we feel our thermostat starting to rise do we stop and call upon the Lord to help us put it all aside and dwell in His love? Or...do we let our human side and satan have at us and just go off in a fit or rage? Look folks, i know its hard to turn the other cheek sometimes. I know its hard not to cop a attitude at times. I also know that JESUS is always with us and in the times we start to lose it if we would just look to Him we would quickly realize the anger really just aint worth the trouble! Think about it!
