If former penny stock broker Bill Hodson, the guy you appointed CEO of ADIA, cant raise legit capital as a public company, he sure as heck wont be able to raise it once he deregisters the shares.

To suggest otherwise is complete nonsense and lack of understanding

As far as waiting around again for Bill & Shelly to do the right thing...well, we've all heard this from you before. We've also heard you draw a line in the sand and continually move it backwards with veiled threats of action that never materialize.

What shareholders want to know is when are you going to act? When is enough..enough!!

Being a paper tiger has left ADIA shareholders with worthless shares. Deregistering ADIA has left shareholders with worthless shares. Stop trying to placate shareholders with long speeches of what what youre going to do if....and actually DO SOMETHING

Fix the mess youve created!!
