You are dead-on right again. Extensions, or extenstions, are for wimpy two-bit companies that don't have their act together. If they extend again then their sending a message to the institutional investor "Hey we still have our heads up our ass, don't invest in this company until we figure out how to add and subtract numbers in a timely manner"
