Why Texas is SO confused...

THESE STUDENTS SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO HIGH SCHOOL AND TAUGHT HISTORY BEFORE BEING GIVEN A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA !! HIGHER EDUCATION FOR WHAT???
This is a testimonial to our incredibly deficient educational system! It seems all the students do is watch television and text.
