No BB pre clinical data PR in 2 yrs
No BB patent PR, when all other patents were PR'd
No Imaging data PR'd
No Immunotherapy Confc they were just at PR'd
No mention of any of the 20 plus collaboration co's PR'd
Not much of anything PR'd with all they having going on, which is a heck of a lot.

Is the lawsuit a convenient any excuse not to issue PR's, you bet it is, so is it their strategy or is it not?

IRA says they are not going to support the pps by issuing PR's and that is exactly what they have done since 2012, as little info as possible is coming out of PPHM
