For me JALA and AAPL and FNMA are all long term holds so I do not sweat the day to day volatility as much as I might otherwise...I also can lose or gain $10,000 in one day overall in our Accts. and not have a heart attack, as I am in it long term as well and I know market gyrations happen daily. Although I much prefer to gain than to lose!!! Lol!!!
