You guys wanna know why JALA doesn't attract investors? It's the same reason why many other food related OTC stocks struggle to gain traction. The market that JALA specializes in is extremely saturated and competitive. I personally love the product myself, and think it could become a great household treat, but unless revenues become bang-on amazing, this will only be a one trick pony that will live/die in the pink sheets. If JALA goes nation-wide, and gets traction, then I think an R/S with positive numbers and very little debt could appeal to institutional investors interested in a small-cap company that has the potential to be bought out by a bigger name like a Nestle. That's all way too far out in the future though imo, and that's why I always check this board from time to time to see what the news brings.
It's slowly becoming relevant, and hopefully the company can survive long enough to realize a profit. Right now you guys are looking at a company in serious, and I mean serious debt. Having the product expand and actually sell would require a miracle at this point, and I'm not here to bash this stock as I've tried the product myself. The issue is financials are disgustingly horrible, and I'm surprised this company hasn't liquidated everything and gone bankrupt yet. If you honestly don't see why people are afraid to park their money, look at the operating costs and the current level of debt in the financials. It's plain as day, and I'm surprised this thing is trading this high right now. Most companies with financials like this trade in the trips, but since JALA actually has a product behind it I guess some investors feel somewhat okay risking money on this thing. It is the OTC though, and I've seen everything pumped. Even companies with no assets or anything behind them.
The JALA pump doesn't come very often though unfortunately. GLTA
