Also worth noting that the initial BMOC/BCCI franchise agreement signed in May, no longer in effect per the revised SEC 10-12G filing in November, but apparently resurrected, was very non-specific about royalties. Said they 'shall be the same that is established by Baristas to its other franchisees,' but turns out this is BCCI's first/only franchise agreement, so not sure what that means. BCCI's published fees are 6% for royalties, 1% for marketing.
Franchise fees for the first ten franchises, per BCCI, will result in $75K in profit, or .00025 per share, after taking costs into account; profits come from the royalties.
